These pins were made as part of a Yellow Rose Project — a collaborative photography project celebrating the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment.
In response to the Yellow Rose Project invitation I have recreated suffrage buttons from the 19th and 20th century to encourage 21st century women to vote, and to encourage all voters to support women candidates. There are still many barriers, both social and structural, that prevent women from exercising their right to vote or from holding political office. These buttons can help to serve as a continued reminder of our capacity to create change. Click here to learn more about Lisa’s process.
- Unique cyanotype print on 100lb archival paper

- While these buttons are fragile, they are intended to be worn or displayed.
-Please note that each pin will vary in tonality and color.
Theses pins are available in packs of 3 or 5 unique pins. Pins will be chosen randomly, and a single design will not be duplicated in a pack.
